The Chicago Park District released their 2011-2015 Capital Improvement Plan.  Filbert is scheduled for the “Design” phase in 2011, which the budget document describes as, “A project phase that typically produces design and construction documents for bidding.”  The FRIENDS OF FILBERT PLAYLOT PARK Advisory Council is working very closely with Alderman Pawar and the Park District to move this process forward as quickly as possible.
