Family Grounds Cafe, an indoor playground for kids and hip coffee shop for adults, hosted a fundraiser for FRIENDS OF FILBERT PLAYLOT PARK.  Family Grounds Cafe is a favorite destination for numerous families - particularly in the wintertime when it's too cold to play outside, and we are so grateful they participated in an event to help raise funds for Filbert - over $600! Laura Doherty, a Chicago-based children's artist, also performed, keeping children and parents entertained.

Alderman Schulter also stopped by to award FRIENDS OF FILBERT PLAYLOT PARK with $100,000 towards the renovation of Filbert. See photos from the event below.
