A few of our Advisory Council Board members met with Alderman Schulter and his staff on August 4th.  Our Park District Supervisor, Katie Fearon-Peon attended as well. In short, the Alderman fully supports renovating the playground! He has sent a letter to the Park District Superintendent, Tim Mitchell, pledging his support for our cause. (Read the letter below.) He and his staff are also talking to local business owners and state politicians to get their support (and hopefully donations) for the project.  This is a significant step and we are thrilled to have the Alderman's support and assistance!
